Jericho Franklin Hired As A Client Success Consultant
Mainstream Technologies is pleased to announce that it has hired Jericho Franklin as a Client Success Consultant. Jericho will be responsible for developing and maintaining Mainstream’s trusted advisory relationship with customers, ensuring the value and benefits of Mainstream’s services to their business. In addition, Jericho will work closely with customer stakeholders to identify areas where Mainstream’s suite of technology services can further benefit their business processes and efficiency.
Jericho brings to Mainstream eight-plus years of customer service experience having previously worked in technical sales and banking. Jericho is regularly involved in community projects such as back-to-school and Christmas toy drives. His hobbies include bike riding and attending local sporting events.
